1. Scope & Execution
These Terms of Service govern all software engineering, UI/UX design, and consultancy deliverables provided by Dev Remind Ltd to client organizations. Every engagement is executed under a written Statement of Work (SOW) defining concrete deliverables, milestone dates, and fixed compensation.
2. Fixed-Price & 24-Hour Quote Guarantee
Dev Remind provides written fixed-scope proposals within 24 hours of brief intake. The quoted price remains firm for the agreed scope. Should unforeseen architectural complexities arise within the agreed scope, Dev Remind absorbs the additional engineering hours at no extra cost to the client. Out-of-scope feature requests require an explicit written change order signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual Property Handover (100% Ownership)
Upon receipt of final milestone settlement, Dev Remind irrevocably transfers 100% of all intellectual property rights—including source code repositories, design vector assets, compiled builds, database schemas, and configuration scripts—to the client. We do not impose ongoing proprietary software licenses or vendor lock-in.
4. Design Sign-Off & Staging Environments
Clients approve user interfaces screen-by-screen in Figma prior to production code implementation. Development occurs on an always-accessible staging URL. Staging approval signifies completion of the build milestone prior to live DNS cutover.
5. Post-Launch Warranty & Support
Every deployment includes fourteen (14) calendar days of complimentary post-launch warranty support covering defect resolution, regression rectification, and minor layout adjustments. Ongoing infrastructure maintenance, uptime SLA, and security updates are provided via separate optional service level agreements.
